Breath Healing Sessions
Where Breathing is Healing
Service Description
Breath Healing™ was created by Koya Webb, founder of the Embody Breath Healing Method™, a trauma-aware, evidence-informed approach that integrates conscious connected breathing, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness and intentional integration. Unlike breathwork experiences that focus primarily on cathartic release, Breath Healing™ follows a structured four-phase framework; Regulate, Release, Restore and Radiate, helping participants cultivate safety, process stored stress and embody lasting transformation. Every Certified Embody Breath Facilitator is trained through an immersive certification and mentorship program to facilitate these experiences with professionalism, ethical care and a regulation-first approach. In this session participants can expect a grounded, restorative experience designed to reduce stress, increase resilience and leave them feeling more connected to themselves.
